Hi everyone!

jco, I hope you don't mind me starting this one until you are back? I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend. The weather is absolutely perfect! Today started with my mega fruit blast this morning following my coffee with soymilk, eating oatmeal with fresh blueberries at the moment..............jeannie

Good morning!

I ate my usual for breakfast:

Oatmeal with Cinnamon and raisins
Green Tea
Cafe Vienna
Lots of water and I took my supplements.

I did not lose anymore weight so I still have 9 pounds to go.

Jeannie, thanks for starting the thread.

I was a really bad girl. It even started with breakfast: I had half a piece of cherry cake and half a piece of raspberry cake. Lunch we had pork and cauliflower and potatoes and dinner was some slices of fresh bread with cheese and ham.
Now my belly's back to be really really round and I'm regretting eating so much...
Tomorrow will start a new week with fasting and exercises. Let's see if it works.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I know how you feel though, you beat yourself up for the off days, but I guess what is important is just being able to getting yourself back on track. So far so good today. After breakfast, a Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer and a slice of weight watchers whole wheat bread. For snack, fat-free vanilla yogurt with 2 granola bars. Check in later! P. S. Where is everybody?

Hey... where is everyone? Are we all ashamed of what we ate today?

I had mexican pizza (ah!), peanut butter and honey sandwich, water, and... geeze that's it. Busy day. I didn't even realize that was all I ate today!
