I actually feel asleep and forgot to post last night.....
jco has been kind enough to let me start this food journal thread consistantly and will actually help motivate me in the long run to really work hard at this, choosing better foods to eat, that is..... Last night I came home from work and certainly didn't starve myself....a roast beef sandwich on weight watchers whole wheat bread, bowl of cheerios, and a sugar-free ice pop. Definately could have done without the roast beef sandwich. Nothing so far today, except my usual coffee with soymilk and splenda. Another day at work, but will be checking in later. Everyone have a great holiday, but please, if you have some time, check in and say hello. And if you've never posted and would like to join in..... Jeannie
So far today I have added a glass of sweet tea, and a bowl of fresh cut fruit. Oh, and a blueberry and blackberry smoothie.
Quiet day at work also..... So far today, coffee with splenda and soymilk, Noni drink with Coromega, oatmeal with fresh blueberries, lean pocket, cup of fresh fruit..... Jeannie
I've been a busy girl today so I didn't have much time to eat:
breakfast: half a cup of chocolate milk
lunch at 1:30 p.m.: some small potatoes, cauliflower (it seems I'm only eating one kind of veggie) and a small "Schnitzel"
Dinner: chocolate chip cookie - yes, really only one
I ate so far:
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
Greet Tea
Coffee
Have a great day everyone!
Congrats Roma!!! Now it will go better and better.
