Funny last Thursday I rescheduled an appointment I had for Monday to Tuesday. I called back Friday saying I need to reschedule again and do it for Monday morning. LOL. I told them about the storm

People don't know I live my life by the models. LOL
Thanks! Luckily the really important one is close by but it's the early one. It will be just my luck that tomorrow they try and reschedule everyone

Got a text about the storm from Eversource a few hours ago

Yawn, 2-4” for most of the state. I’d rather see us get dumped with 10-12” across the board. Seems Litchfield has been the only lucky area this year. Maybe it will keep pushing south.

This is like the worst graphic I've seen...ever. The NWS intern who came up with that, sorry no future in communications!

Lol. Horrible.

Here's a visual of the setup

Coastal storm will bring us the rain. As soon as that midwest storm gets closer, rain will change to snow.
When they merge, the coastal storm intensifies and starts wrapping around snow bands

So for the Hartford suburbs I'm guessing abt 4-5 inches. Am I right or do we not know.
(I need to tell my budding daffodils to go back to bed lol)

I'm safely away from all that crappy, useless white junk falling from the sky. Used to live 10 minutes from Connecticut line in Springfield, MA. By this time, I might have just already be out fishing at Freshwater Pond in Enfield. If it's 40, it's warm enough for me to throw a line in the water. As for the upcoming round of white, useless sludge: gotta be in Litchfield County or the Massachusetts Berkshires to get the TON that SOME people are looking for. No matter what, you can't get a damn thing done until you MOVE the white fecal junk out of the way, first.
