Cambium, let's say the models that have it hit CT are correct, hypothetically. I know there's question but I don't like the trend.

What day is hitting? Regardless of its strength....

Wednesday?

Latest NWS forecast lists "tropical storm conditions possible" for Tuesday on zone forecasts for NYC, Long Island, and Sound shore areas from Bronx line to Stamford. Hasn't shown it for rest of the area, including other parts of coastal CT.

Cambium and Psychoma do a great job over in the Hurricane forum. I'll be glued to it as this thing either swings to sea or slams into us. Can't recommend that thread enough. Both were phenomenal during Irma.

Now it has that forecast (TS conditions possible for Tuesday) for the entire OKX zone (i.e. the tri state area and all of coastal CT). I also saw it for coastal RI as well (handled by BOX) and for the Hartford area too!

The Westchester County, NY Journal News is already becoming "alarmist" about Jose:

Jose: Lower Hudson Valley can expect wind, rain, surging tides

But to the contrary if they didn't, and waited until last minute, people would blame them for being caught off guard.... just sayin'
