This is no surprise. In this very thread, we have linked to other sources that small business owners view CT very unfavorably. And small businesses employ about 50% of the (private) workforce.

Meantime, high-profile big businesses that have trash-talked the state, give CT another black eye.

Not sure why anyone would think that increased regulation, red-tape, higher taxes, tighter grip -- that these will have no consequences. This would be surprising only to those mentally dissonant.

At this point I think the only way to keep them here is to completely elimate taxes for them

PLUS several hundred thousand per job in subsidies, perhaps modeled on their affect on state GDP, and the taxes that GDP collects for Ct.

This was brought about by the Einsteins who thought the unitary tax, slated to bring in under 40 mill/yr was a wise move.
