How is this true?! Hartford has 49k open, Boston has 211k and Seattle has 137k. Law of numbers seems off. Jon satisfaction must hold weight on these surveys.

Am I missing something?

It is based on the size of the metro area otherwise a big city like New York would always be considered to be considered hot. Greater Hartford has about 1.2 million people which is about a quarter of Boston (4.6 million) and about a third of Seattle’s 3.7 million. Based on that, I would say they are correct to say a Hartford is hot. Jay

I'm not exactly sure, but I think it means the Govt wants to remove its funds from commercial banks and run its own bank which would include access for the general public.

Los Angeles has proposed this already I think.

So September's jobs report showed a decrease of 500 jobs but also showed that August's numbers were revised to more than double the original estimated gain to adding 2,200 jobs. The unemployment rate dropped to 4.2%. Jay

I can't remember which thread had the posts on average days on market, but I thought this was interesting about larger parcels in Greenwich.

Same reason values are down in Weston and Easton too. Tastes have changed.
