Cam I hear ya...wish we could yank out the sleds and pray for school to be canceled...

We haven't even gotten to winter yet and some school districts have already cancelled school 6 times this year (Greenwich is one of them. The last time those kids were in school was October 26). Any more cancellations, and the towns are gonna have to start taking away the February vacation again.

Rain should be entering CT before lunch. Low dewpoints so if you see something on radar, it might not make it to the ground. Dont worry about the temps above freezing, once the water falls, it should cool the temps off.

Are you guys ready ? High Winds, snow, ice, rain, maybe minor coastal flooding. Not everyone will experience everything.

From Fox CT.... "Snow fall could reach up to 6" or more in the western hills of Litchfield by tonight. Just a slushy coating along Southeast CT "

So odd, NWS has little or no snow accumulating anywhere but you are right 2-4 inches along the 84 corridor is being forecast by most. Don't get it.

Run of the mill Noreaster. If this wasn't right on the heels of Sandy, I don't think we'd be paying it this much attention. Even Gil Simmons was pretty measured this morning.
