It is moving pretty fast but Upton has upped the totals...See below. Drive carefully as the afternoon commute is going to be disasterous. Leave early if you can

Started flurrying in sdouthern fairfield at arounmd 8:30am.

Getting reports of whiteout conditions in White Plains so get ready..Its on its way...We should get a break after this moves through but then tonight is the main source.

Those numbers on the map, are they the snowfall estimates in inches?? Errghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I hate when I can't find myself on a map!

Nothing here yet in West Hartford. Maybe I scared Mother Nature with that "punch in the throat" thing I said the other day?

Oh boy, if there's sleet in this mix, I'm going to be REALLY made at that Mother------

Here's the Pressure of the storm. Its forecasted to intensify off the coast... Notice the precipitation over us and one behind us to the west (southwest side of actual storm)..

This snow now will end and then like I said the rest will begin later... Consider yourselves lucky these 2 cells didnt merge. lol

Bad news for snow haters.... Models showing more precip...maybe the storm is hitting the brakes a little bit cause its slippery out.

Looks like close to an inch qpf. 8-10 inches coastal areas and 20 miles north of Merrit.. Hartford less.
