I'd do a search on microsoft's website for the manual installers for each of those.

Just a quick check on the .Net 1.1 error, you can search for their knowledge base article (MS09-061: Description of the security update for the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1: October 13, 2009), and look for the manual installation link. It also shows a warning that there are problems with certain configurations (When you try to install an update for the .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, or 3.5, you may receive Windows Update error code "0x643" or Windows Installer error code "1603") and they offer no-charge support for help.

Could be that you need to go to add/remove programs, and remove all of the .net frameworks in reverse order (starting with 3.5, then 3, then 2, then 1). Then, go through and manually install them 1 at a time. Sometimes if you patch them in an odd order it can cause a problem and then all future updates fail.

According to one experience I read about, you can remove all the .net installations from Add/Remove Programs and then let Windows Updates reinstall them.

I've tried installing them one by one, and they won't install. I've never tried removing them from Add/Remove Programs, though.

Try removing them all via Add/Remove programs, then reboot. Then you can either manually install or go via Windows updates. If it fails via Windows update, google the error code it kicks back. That usually shows you if there's another fault somewhere.
