Murraywood is a fine neighborhood. Lot of different types and styles of homes.

Are you currently working with an agent? If not I recommend selecting one familiar with Irmo. There are tons of subdivisions in Irmo in that price range and by working closely with someone they can open many doors for you. I can't say what subdivisions might be a good fit for you without more information.

What price range are you looking in?

I work all over Columbia but I do as a matter of fact live in Irmo. I'm a Realtor, but I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "for the Irmo area?"

I will mention that Murraywood and Quail Valley have pools, so if you have children, its a great way to make new friends! There are many subs in Irmo which have pools. Some have swim teams also.
