Any chance the post office can be relocated to expand the park to have more frontage on Assembly?

The bike path from Gervais/Lady has helped with connectivity.....would like to see more of a connection to Main.

Re post office. Possibly half decade out, as postal volumes continue to decline. But they could opt to close the smaller branches first i.e. five pts which already has minimal operating hours.

Capitol Places just put two new photos on their Facebook page. One is a logo that says "thirteen21 lofts" and the other is a photo of the old Seibels building that they had planned to develop before at Lady and Marion. The post says it's going to be 130 apartments and the photo of the building doesn't show any additional floors, and it says more info coming soon.

The amount of housing that has opened or is slated to be opened in the CBD is astonishing. Very transformational for the city.

It's called the Owen building, not the old Seibels building.

A bar called The Reserve is slated to open later this year in the former White Mule spot beneath ground level on Main Street. This information is in "Chew on This," a weekly article in Free Times, but it isn't in their online edition yet.
