We outplayed Bama last night, even Saban said it. We just blew our assignments on the last drive.

Like I said, bro, the rest of the country is free to dismiss the power of the SEC anytime. Just win a freakin' BCS title game against 'em. Just once.

Of course that's never been done before....

Maybe you did, but we got the win, and that is what counts in football. I do respect Saban; he is the best coach currently in college football. I do think your team played great, and I do not count you out.

By my count that has indeed happened in every year except the last one. SEC won in 1998/00, 2003/4, 2006/7, 2007/8, 2008/9, 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12. 8 wins, 0 losses. Like I said, win just once.

Team threads are for fans of that team to compare notes on past games, upcoming games, player transactions, injuries, etc. And this thread is a team thread.

Thread re-opened.

Glad they pulled it out of course but I really thought it was going to be a blow out. 14-3 at the half made me think so but then there's always that 3rd quarter lull Bama has. If not for that first deep ball AJ missed, that goofy offensive pass interferon call and then Yeldons fumble and it could gotten out of hand quickly for the Tigers. More like 31-9 or 31-14 like I envisioned. Oh well, I'll take a W no matter what.

I'm so sick of hearing about Johnny Football. Even though we don't have an Upshaw to stick on him as a spy I am confident Saban has a plan to shut him down.

I am sure Saban does have a plan. Since this is a thread for Bama fans, how many have been to a game at Bryant Denny Stadium? There is nothing quite like the feeling when we are all together in Tuscaloosa.

Oh Im loving this. Im loving it so much that im going to say it with nine minutes left and Alabama's only down by six. Please...allow me...let me be the first to say...Alabama is not the best team in the nation and they have been beaten by Texas A&M. This should be good. Justice has been served.
