Hey vt woodchuck!
We visited the listing in Springstone, and although the house was lovely, we passed rather quickly as it is one of those "dead" developments. There are only about 6 houses built and 2 are occupied, although I think the model we toured might have just sold. There is no clubhouse or pool yet, and they won't be building one until 50% of all lots are built, so we were not willing to play the waiting game.

After looking all around, we're definitely leaning toward choosing Bruinswick Forest. I like a busier setting that is still "quiet enough", well within easy driving distances to important places, and has that all important clubhouse/gym & pool. Check them out!

Well, we shall see how the market fares for us, as we just listed our house last week and we have our first showing tonight!

How did the showing go? I heard the MA market had picked up recently so you could be lucky and sell fairly quickly.
Good Luck with the house sale.
