Hey vt woodchuck!
We visited the listing in Springstone, and although the house was lovely, we passed rather quickly as it is one of those "dead" developments. There are only about 6 houses built and 2 are occupied, although I think the model we toured might have just sold. There is no clubhouse or pool yet, and they won't be building one until 50% of all lots are built, so we were not willing to play the waiting game.
After looking all around, we're definitely leaning toward choosing Bruinswick Forest. I like a busier setting that is still "quiet enough", well within easy driving distances to important places, and has that all important clubhouse/gym & pool. Check them out!
Hope the selling market for you MASS folks is better than up in the Green Mts. oh well, beautiful fall and then pretty xzcyw snow!! and scxky cold and then maple syrup but why does it take a half year to get back to enjoyable cool weather.

We haven't heard from our realtor yet, so no feedback to report....maybe he'll call with an offer! Think happy thoughts
