Rue 21, a store that caters to young people is coming to Greenville. I don't know where they're locating, but it must be an existing store, because they're advertising for employees already.
Their website lists "coming soon"...address is the Greenville Mall.

There are 2 construction sites on north Memorial. I don't know what either is and there are no signs but they are on commercial property. Both of them are north of the soon to open O'Reileys.
There's two O'Reileys in Greenville now, one is open while the other one is under construction.
& I know that there is a Taco Bell under construction, but thats already been mentioned! But why is the parking lot for the new Taco Bell so damn big, is another building going on the site or something?

That's a pretty big site for just a Taco Bell, isn't it? I figured something else would go there in addition to Taco Bell.
The survey stakes for the new Taco Bell on Stantonsburg St. only includes a small area around the new building. The rest of the lot facing Memorial will be for some other purpose.
A.C. Moore (crafts) is taking over the old Linens N Things space...sign is up; don't know if they're open yet. I've heard there's something going into the old Goody's store near the old Wal-Mart.*
*I'll call the one on Greenville Blvd the "old Wal-Mart," in case this thread is still active when the new one on Hwy 33 is open.
Wonder what's going into the old Goody's store? Glad to hear some of these vacant department stores are being filled up. Now if they could find something for the old Circuit City site...HH Gregg would be nice.
Oh yeah, and something to go in the old Steve and Barry's at the mall would be nice. They should turn it into more mall space, maybe with some storefronts that face the exterior of the building as other malls have done.
