I have lived in seven hills for over 6 years now and I love it. Its 10-20 min from downtown cleveland depending on where you live. Houses are priced from low to high. Most houses have kept up and upgraded even though built around 1960's. Schools are decent. Neighbours are nice. Overall it's a nice place to raise a family or stay single. Easy access to downtown, theater, restaurants, highways, metroparks, zoo, shopping malls, football games..nothing much to regret about.
