Just got my latest bill and my internet went up to $53.99 a month.I have:RR Standard 7 Mbps down and 512 Kbps up .
I called them up ofcourse and they said sorry, thats life! I was just so pissed off once again at them. I cancelled their tv and phone last year because they never gave me the new customer intro rate as promised. I was overcharged for an entire year. After about 10 phone calls 6 months into my first year, they finally fixed it once I cancelled it with them. THey would never give me a refund, just credit towards year #2. I said forget it. So for year#2 I had DirecTV which is by far better than time warner and use magicJack for phone.

Anyways, since no other cable company exists in Brunswick and Fios is due to reach my area in the year 2048, I am stuck with this overpiced, junk company of time warner.

DSL is an option if I want to downgrade. Same price for speed, slower speeds.
