We live at Beachcliff Place Apartments on Lake Rd. between Clague and Wager in Rocky River. Our unit is $675 for a 900 sq. ft. 1 BR 1 BA with a garage. Lots of kids around. Building C (where we live) has been remodeled in the last few years and the complex overall is very nice for an older apartment complex. There is a pool and a basic gym (elliptical, treadmill, free weights, some weight machines, etc.) on site. The gym is $10 extra per month for the household. Garage spaces are $40/month per space and other parking is free. Cats are allowed, no dogs
and that is their only downfall for us. Safe location across the street from an awesome fishing pier on Lake Erie! Management is good and has responded to our requests promptly. I know they have 2 BR units.
We recently relocated from Missouri and have been doing a lot of house shopping, so feel free to PM me if you have any questions! We've been on the hunt for houses and LOVE the Rocky River area, especially the Beachcliff area between the lake and Detroit Rd.
