A little more Miami FL. In all fairness there are ghettos all over the USA. Just giving Noland123 a little taste of his own medicine since he feels he has to act as if Philadelphia is the only city with ghettos. It is not the city of Philadelphia's fault that she left you man.
THis thread is misleading and cant really be measured on anything just bc a city may be ghetto what does that really say...D.C is ghetto but then there are good parts...ATl is ghetto but there are good parts....Chicago is ghetto but has good parts...Then ppl say that just bc a city is more ghetto than it is more dangerous....thats isnt so....Cleveland you can say is more ghetto than D.C but D.C always has one of the most highest Murder rates a few years back...NYC is ghetto but also has one of the lowest murder rates...Miami is ghetto but sometimes PG county, MD may have more murders even as the richest black county in the USA...What is this post really saying?
