I escape Jersey this November, GOD willing. If you don't like the beach...ohh, sorry, as they say in Jersey "ef ya' dont like da beach, da Yankees, 'en da' mall, whatda fawk ya' doin' ova' 'er 'en Jersey?"
I have lived here my whole life and never felt like I belong here. No where else will you be met with a blank stare if you say you like the outdoors. No where else is doing shots of sweet-flavored alchohol in beer necessary to having a social life. No where else will people look at you as if you have a third arm if you say you read for the fun of it.
I have to get away from these rude, loud, simple-minded, Sopranos watching, Yankees loving, fist pumping, pasta eating, nature hating, non-reading, music hating, foul mouthed people if it kills me.
But hey, it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the people...and the weather...and the pollution...and the lack of natural beauty...and the lack of anything to do...and the high cost of living even in the ghetto...and the crime...
I accidently voted no, but yes I want to move. Maybe Sugarland or Katy....I've also though about moving back to Waco, but whenever I go back to visit, it reminds me why I'm in Houston. Charlottesville,Va is another place that I would love to move to as well.
Dallas is another choice, considering it is much closer to my hometown and family.
I'm about 60/40 yes right now but I am looking at two states right now (I decided to drop East CT). In my family it's routine for the husband and wife to be from different states (grandparents and parents were like that) but it'll be good to come back so that my family can see my stomping grounds (I don't have my own crew yet).

I want out of Portland, Maine, badly. Back to Boston preferably but would also be more than thrilled to go to Providence, Washington D.C., Seattle, the other Portland, Quebec City, Montreal, Philly or NYC. Portland Maine is a small town masquerading as a "city." I think the title of "Maine's largest city" makes it appear larger than it is, but it only has 63,000 people. It's a beautiful, friendly little town and i'll visit (especially if I'm still dating a girl who grew up there) because it's a nice place, but Maine will always be "Vacationland" to me... never home.
Yes...I want to move. I hate Indiana....It's ugly here, boring, and people are so closed-off and predictable. I'm going to move to the Seattle area after I graduate.

I currently live in Fayetteville, NC... It is the uglyest city on earth, Its old, run down and everything is brick.. bricks look nice until they look brown/black... North Carolina is ugly.. Raleigh suprised me, Charlotte looks nice, But the rest of it is just whoa.. did the last century just pass you by? Stucco looks nice too.. I regret ever moving from California.. even Texas puts this place to shame.
