If someone did compare just the city limits of Minneapolis, their assessment would be voided as incomplete and nulled.
Yall are being selective now. Yall just got on me in the black diversity thread for using metro instead of city. Not you personally but...

In the sunbelt's defense, corporate suburban office parks dominate compared to a place like Chicago or New York where an overwhelming majority of the office parks are in the CBD/City Limits.

I mean you have to look at a place like Decatur or Sandy Springs for Atlanta, where a place like Chicago you wouldn't necessarily need to peak at an Evanston or Naperville.

well it changes per the city. For Black populations, most live in the city as a % .. but you do have to look at the whole Metro to get a good assessment.

For this, its hard to look at just a Sunbelt city limits and not take into account the large office parks in the suburbs that may possibly contribute more than 50% of the HQs and office space of the whole metro.

The original list isn’t all that surprising. I’ve lived in some of the cities listed and I’ve visited many others several times over. All good places. With regards to which places people like more or less than others is personal preference.
