And Seattle is never the worst part of the Seattle metro for murders. King County last year had 88 murders, while Seattle had 44. And Pierce County which is part of the Seattle metro tends to have a higher murder rate as well (on pace for 120 this year).
Exactly - that's nothing new. You have to go back to the 80s or maybe the early 90s as the last time when the City of Seattle was the epicenter of crime in the Seattle MSA.
