In terms of the actual cities on the list, this zip code in Jersey City comes close and likely has some degree of a black middle class: https://censusreporter.org/profiles/86000US07305-07305/

A census tract in that zip code: https://censusreporter.org/profiles/...-54-hudson-nj/

Depends on what you consider middle-class. Also, the salaries for these areas are vastly different depending on what you do for a living. I think some criteria are needed to give an accurate answer.

Its zip code is mentioned on the last post of the previous page.

In terms of affluence in the region that block group has to the top or at the top: https://censusreporter.org/profiles/...estchester-ny/

It is in this neighborhood in the town of Greenburgh(split between the Valhalla Union Free and Greenburgh Central SD's): https://greenburghny.com/DocumentCen...dens-Community

May be a good choice for those that want something very suburban, but is in close proximity to a Metro North stop(North White Plains). In fact, it may be one of the most affluent predominantly black neighborhoods in the country. It has a long time church in the community: First Community Baptist Church | Just another Social Reach Websites site

A representative in town government: https://greenburghny.com/517/Councilman-Ken-Jones

It also looks like the town may potentially get its first black and female town supervisor(similar to mayor of a city in NY) as well: https://www.blackwestchester.com/tas...wn-supervisor/

None. They're all too expensive for middle class families, and most are too crowded. For example, I'd rather have a YARD for my kids to play in and not have to have 2 or 3 of them share a bedroom, just to be able to say we live in New York City (or where ever). That's why you see so many black middle class families leaving the Northeast in a reverse migration (and no, I'm not going to get into any stat-pissing back and forths about that. It's been happening for a minute now, and we all know it).
