Kansas City although Buffalo has a much nicer setting. Kansas city looks like a smaller Minneapolis with southwestern influences.

It’s close, but I’d go with Louisville as it has more density.

St Paul. I tend to favor skylines next to bodies of water

Charleston. I like the way it looks at night coming over the 64 East Bridge.

Phoenix, neither have a remarkably good skyline, but I like the setting for Phoenix's panoramic downtown and midtown spread in the valley backdropped by the desert mountain ranges.
