B'ham, looks like a mini-Atlanta and has real high-rises, with lots of future potential in case people get priced out of ATL or Nashville, and its hills are almost as dramatic as CHA's. Chattanooga feels like a "big small town" in comparison with a few mid-rises, but you hardly get a glimpse of a "skyline" until you're actually in its rather small downtown, and competes better with Huntsville or Montgomery IMO.
