Salt Lake City, UT wins this one pretty easily, for me.
Salt Lake City has a super clean (squeaky clean lol) downtown and a beautiful setting against the mountains. The density is good, and getting better with several skyscrapers planned and under construction currently.

Tucson, AZ or Chattanooga, TN?
Close call. The edge goes to Tucson based on larger buildings and height.
New Orleans is more impressive based on the size and number of tall towers. It looks more like a 2 million plus downtown.
Sacramento, CA or San Antonio, TX?
Definitely Sacramento, for me. It's more dense and looks much more seamless. San Antonio has tons of potential and should have a better skyline for its size. Hopefully we'll see more of a skyscraper boom there in the future.

Stamford, CT or Wilmington, DE?
Stamford is ok but Wilmington is prettier and has potential. It looks like a neighborhood in Philadelphia.

Stamford, CT or Wilmington, DE?
Wilmington, DE, between these 2. To me Wilmington looks more dense, and has a mix of old and new buildings that I like. Stamford's skyline doesn't seem as dense with some gaps between a few buildings, and is more dominated by modern buildings.

Two state capitols: Saint Paul, or Providence?
I prefer St. Paul. Looks like it has more bulk. Toledo or Dayton?

I'll take Dayton's skyline. Nothing against Toledo, Dayton feels bigger and is further along in its recovery. It's actually a pretty cool city that doesn't get a lot of attention on here.
Dayton OH or Fort Wayne IN?
