I guess I'd go with Reno. It seems to have slightly more buildings, and the mountains. And on a side note, I do like that "the biggest little city in the world" arch, with bulbs in its downtown.

A little close, here for me. I guess I'd pick Spokane, since I like how the river running through this city(sorry I don't know it's name) and the bridges over it, along with the one waterfall I saw in a pic, add to its skyline.

Seattle by a lot. Seattle's skyline is pretty incredible and has boomed bigtime the past couple of decades.
