The super rich drive and walk extra fast because they have all that money to make. Poor people just lull along, no where to go, no where to be.

I've seen govt workers dude. Rushed and frenzied don't come to mind.

Not everyone in DC, but as BajanYankee mentioned, 52% is a lot. In fact, that's a HUGE number of federal jobs. Imagine 1 in 2 jobs being gone if the fed wasn't there. And that's too low too, because many other companies/industries wouldn't be there if the fed wasn't there.
