I'd have to agree with this 100 percent!

I'd assume the beach scene is less likely to get old since there are so many restuarants, night-life, shopping, and people-watching within a short walk of the ocean. Las Vegas, is more like an insular island surrounded by miles of nothing. Living on Miami Beach you could easily drive to the keys, Ft. Lauderdale, W. Palm Beach, and of course Miami proper.

yeah I went through Liberty City, Overtown, Little Haiti, and Little Havana last summer. Overtown was probably the most shocking because of its proximity to Heat Stadium and downtown.

If we are comparing just Miami Beach alone this is not even a contest. Vegas blows it out of the park easily. If you include metros however it's a different matter. And I can see myself getting tired of beaches a lot quicker than I can of casinos.

The Strip gets old after a while. At least there's a lot more to Miami and south Florida than just South Beach.

Miami Beach all the way. Better weather, plus, it's by a pretty beach! Vegas is nice too, but gets boring after a while.

I think I would prefer Miami over Vegas. Probably might rent/own a vacation home down there in Downtown Miami or SoBe one day.
