You can have a shooting anywhere and Miami Beach is no exception. When there's a lot of people that are young, dumb, and have had more of their share of alcohol something violent is bound to happen.

True and untrue. True because something can happen when there is lots of people at an event with alcohol. However, when you have a PARTICULAR demographic (low income, ghetto/hood types) the chances increase dramatically.

Every city has lots of people who would move somewhere else if they could because they are tired of it and want a change of scenery.

This includes even the most sophisticated urban cities like NY and SF. Even in those chic environments, many people residents the grass to be greener on the other side.
