I assume if you're talking about San Francisco having better freeways, you're talking about the metro area in general than the city proper, since the city isn't well covered by freeways.

Montclair is insistent on "facts" and "objective data", when they favor San Francisco. When he gets trounced on raw numbers though, he's all about the "feels." As in, he "feels" like San Francisco is superior to NYC. Therefore (ipso facto)....It Is.
