I didnt know Toronto was in the US.

How swell! In 2005, DC was the second busiest downtown during during morning and evening rush hour.

How about after 5?

I wouldn't say it's busier but it swells more percentage wise. The city's population doubles during the day. This isn't about Chicago. It's about SF & Philly. More people on the trains, more office workers, more tourists, much bigger DT.
