Seems urban multifamily is slowly coming back on line. How's it looking across the nation?

I'm only interested in big urban, multi-unit projects (50+units)

DC has a fair amount of residential construction going on. By my possibly incomplete count, DC's urban core has new 4,600 units under construction (or having just finished up).

Just finished
The Avenue 335
3Tree Flats 130

Mt. Vernon Triangle
Yale West 218
The SeVerna 60
Stewart 390

Southeast

Camden Cap South 276
Foundry Lofts 171

NoMa
NoMa West 603
Archstone 1 469
Con Square II 203

Shaw

Rhode Island 274
Progression Place 205

Penn Quarter

CityCenter 674

14th street
District Condo 125
Perseus/YMCA 231
Nehman Center 255

Total = 4,619

There are a few more projects projected to break ground by the end of the year. But, don't want to count them until the actual construction begins given the usual delays.
