All of the above? No really, they all seem to lack, some of them compared to their instate rivals too. I voted San Francisco, just because I am biased and don't like the place.

If you think about all the wealth in San Francisco you would try to imagine a place with a better fashion scene than it already has and when you consider the size of Houston as a city it just underwhelms you in terms of fashion. Actually, that argument runs with the whole Bay Area & Greater Houston, both being larger than 6 million are underwhelming in this regard.

OP, what Detroit have you been to? because we are far from worst dressed. Maybe if you're talking about downriver cities like Taylor, Wyndotte, Lincoln Park etc but worst dressed???? ha no way

Doesn't matter, Houston's fashion scene sucks. And that is the point. San Francisco's fashion scene sucks too, horrid fashion scenes in both cities.
