Agreed. You're missing a few:

Sea Bright, Deal and Bay Head in the north, Brigantine, Ventnor, Margate, Longport (the last three of these AC's neighbors on Absecon Island) and Stone Harbor (Avalon's neighbor on Seven Mile Island) in the south.

Just repeating the OP. It looks like he meant actual major city. Not a town or neighborhood near the beach.

The prior poster listed LBI along with Surf City, so I counted its six municipalities as already accounted for. (Not yet mentioned: Beach Haven. Long Beach Township itself contains 16 different villages, including the curiously named Loveladies.)

Which is a pretty big deal.

From looking at photos, its hard to find many meaningful differences in appearance between Florida beaches and Wisconsin beaches.

I lived in two different NC beach towns for several years and no doubt NC has some great beaches and beach towns, but they don't have beach cities. The only city - which is a smaller city - on the NC coast is Wilmington.

Florida with California in second. I chose Florida first because the beaches there are more white sand and pristine with clearer blue waters, especially in Key West and South Beach.

And you don't need a wetsuit to go in the water unlike Cali.
