I'm considering relocating to Cincinnati, to the Hyde Park/Oakley area. My wife would transfer to an office at the corner or Kenwood and Montgomery, what does that commute look like sub 15 mins? We are trying to maintain only one car.

You can just take the streetcar.

From Montgromery & Kenwood Rds via I-71 to Edwards Rd to Hyde Park Square is 6.5 miles, 10 mins.

it is an easy commute, 15 mins i'd say during peak time. i don't know what you are looking for, but you might add pleasant ridge to your housing considerations. it is in an outer city neighborhood (1910-1930 era streetcar suburb from when the streetcar connected it to downtown via montgomery) but a quick 10 minute drive up montgomery towards the kenwood area.

That's a very easy commute. On a good day it'll take about ten minutes, with traffic perhaps fifteen minutes. It might be worthwhile to consider living even closer to your wife's workplace if you want to go with one car. There are a lot of great places to live close to that intersection. Welcome to town and best wishes.
