Have you ever told a lie?

Have you ever stolen anything?

Jesus said: "You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.'
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully
has already coimmitted adultery with her in his heart." - Matthew 5:27 & 28

Have you ever looked at another person with lust?

We have looked at just a few of the Ten Commandments.
You have admitted that you are a liar, a thief and an adulterer at heart.
When you stand before God to be judged will you be guilty or innocent of disobeying God?

Are you innocent or guilty? Heaven or hell?

But Here's the
GOOD NEWS!

The penalty for breaking God's law is death.
But someone has stepped in and paid that penalty on your behalf.
Jesus Christ died on the cross, taking all of God's punishment for your sin,
so that you can go free. What do you need to do?
Nothing. If you repent* and trust that Jesus has paid the penalty you owe
for sin... it is done. You are free from your sin and will join God in heaven.

Jesus died to pay the penalty you owe for disobeying God.
Now it's time to make a decision.

Trust Jesus

If you know you've done wrong and you wish to stop doing wrong and obey God*, and you believe that Jesus did die to pay the penalty you owe for breaking God's laws... Jesus gives you the gift of life for eternity.

Or you can trust yourself...

If you don't want to let Jesus pay the
penalty you owe for breaking God's laws,
God is not going to force you into heaven.
You've broken God's laws.
You can pay the required penalty yourself.
You are on your own
But, please feel free to come back to Are You Heading For Heaven Or Hell?
God continues to give you "second" chances until you die...
...will that be tonight?

This is called repentance.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast." - Ephesians 2:8,9
If you have repented* and are trusting Jesus Christ to pay the penalty you owe for sin, and Jesus Christ alone, then...
Tell God what you think about what Jesus has done. That is called praying. There are no special words. Just say what is on your heart.
Read your Bible every day.
Just like food nourishes your body, God's word nourishes your soul.

The good news is that God will draw all men to repentance, sometimes it is through the suffering of consequenses, but He get's the job done. It's God after all.

Jesus is there, and no one is without hope ever. No matter what you have done, no matter how long you have done it. It would be a shame to die in ones sins, the path to repentance is not promised to be easy.

There is none righteous,no not one. Our garments are like filthy rags. So I would say no there are not really any good persons, just people who have been saved and those looking for a saviour.

You like this whole guilt thing don't you? You must really enjoy making people feel bad about themselves. Get over it ... The Gospel is the Good news not the bad news. All you ever do is talk about how everyone is guilty and most people are going to hell forever. Your so depressing and so is your message. Your spreading condemnation in hell, not liberty in Jesus. Stop being a spiritual terrorist and start experiencing the love and liberty of Christ.

Lied - Yes, almost every day.

Stolen - If I have I regret it, that is harming someone else. Regardless of how much they have, or how little I have.

Lust - Yes, all day long, every day. And after both sexes (Do I get bonus points 4 that?)

Innocent or Guilty - Guilty as charged your honor, let's get the handcuffs and move on to the punishment phase of the trial.

Trust Jesus - Not sure if he even existed. He said some -OK- things in the Gospel of John (unlike many Christians I have actually read the bible). But not really for me.

Trust myself? - Always has worked best in the past.

Except him tonight? - Nah.

Repent? - Of what, bieng human?

I know you mean well according to your own beliefs but really it does sound horrible if yo take out all the extras.

I believe the good news is this:

God Loves You
God will have a relationship with you
God will always give as much grace as there is sin
God will never forsake you
What do you have to do? Nothing.

You gotta admit the one is much better good news than the other! right?

Yes this is the message of organized christianity , it varies in it's degree of condemnation and the guilt trip thing .

I have even seen the law of liberty used to try to justify the bible as perfect (innerrant) . . . instead referencing Jesus. James 1:25 (King James Version)

25But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

the term hell suggests endless misery, death is not everlasting misery, if the wages of sin would be endless misery, how could have anybody paid that penalty?

so is the wages of sin actually death, or something unimaginably worse than death?, if the later, who could have paid that penalty? think about it
