You are not understanding the meaning of "Judge" correctly.
In those examples you cite it's not judgement that you are referring to at all but discernment. There is a HUGE difference between the two.
If you see a person sinning and say, "That person is going to hell". then that is judgement. If you say "that person is sinning", that's just observation.
