I can go with that. In fact it had crossed my mind because God's "foreknowledge" came to mind__ and why wouldn't it since Jesus will doing the judging in that day.
I am not concerned specifically about the book of life. God will handle that. I just need to relate to him through His Son and the Holy Spirit and be as obedient as I can.
That is the bottom line. God will make sure the names of His children are in the right book
Are you an Acts 2 Pentecostal? I mean by that, you are not a cessationist, are you? If you aren't a cessationist then you are on the right track to receive by the Holy Spirit that which relates to the Father in an intimate way.
There is no track to receive the Holy Spirit. WE are sealed with the Holy Spirit when we believe the message of our salvation(Eph 1:13). For those who believed they can lose their salvation, Eph 4:30 tells how long the seal of God will last.
Penecotals think they are a step or two above us common Christians. It is amusing they don't eevn know when we receive the Holy Spirit. If they think we don't have it, then we don't

The way is Christ per John 14:6. I am there. Sounds like we are in the same place to me - assuming you are in Christ.
Not only are ALL Christians in God, we are there by His doing---I Cor 1:30.
