I don't. Can you show me where it is required that I give a copy? I cannot seem to find that written anywhere. I do however always give the EPA pamphlets on lead. In all my years of renting nobody has ever given me one of those.

Question for those of you in-the-know: My lease states that if the landlord has to help me find a subleaser, they will charge me a month's rent. Is this kosher?

Sounds reasonable to me. You could avoid the 1-month fee by doing the legwork yourself and presenting suitable sublessors.
