THIS is the place to tell me ALL the reasons why you LOVE Chicago. Please post THOSE here.

I'll start with a few of my own:

-The Conservatory in Hyde Park
-The Coal Mine tour in the Museum of Science & Industry
-The parks flanking the Art Institute (not to be confused with Millennium Park)
-Riding my bike up the Lake path
MOD CUT
-Bittersweet on Belmont
-Dumpsters and alleys. Oh god, the things you miss when you move to NY.
-Because the population is one of the fattest in the country I could always find my size--every dude wears a medium in NY
-Because few people cared about cultural stuff, it was always easy to get tickets
-Being front row at the VIC for shows
-Hanging out with bands at Mia Francescas after the shows
-Margaritas at El Jardin
-The rent is reasonable

Think I have exhausted all my favorite things. Let's hear yours!

The fact that you not longer reside in the city is the first thing that comes to mind at this moment in time.

Amazing no one can give me one thing they like about Chicago, nor can than defend it. Personal attacks is all you have to offer? My point exactly.

Trust us when we say that we're glad youre gone. Its not a personal attack per se, but a matter of fact. Enjoy NYC, we'll enjoy Chicago and Chicagoland.
