Agreed.

Dunno what they meant by "broke ground" but I went by today and the "Test Cell" is still standing and there didn't appear to be any work in progress.

Does anyone know if this is actually a) really being built and b) anywhere close to on schedule? Hard to find any info googling.

I'm don't know what the schedule is, but the Mies building is now gone, and they've been working on the site every time I've gone by recently.

I can't beleive that the project cost was 12 million. It seems a bit way too high.
