Actually, now is a great time to invest in Lawndale. Things will improve any time now because I hope and believe they will. That's all it takes these days, hope and belief and then everything will be perfect!

Nonsense, there is no open air drug dealing in Little Village. You don't know what you are talking about. As for the other problems, no doubt, but many other neighborhoods have stabbings, shootings, etc..
