Gives one a bit of insight as to how someone like Blago could possibly be a two-term governor.

And it's enough to make one appreciate heavily modded sites like this one. Otherwise it would just a be a 24/7 flame-fest. It's already that over in the P&OC forum, but at least it's mostly confined to there.

Politics & Other Controversies. I posted in there once for about a week, and that was enough. Never again.

You know, when I first read about NY not passing the congestion-pricing plan, I was kinda ticked off. But this makes it worthwhile . Though it still would've been good for that sort of thing to gain a foothold in this country.

Did anybody else think today's Trib article on this had a bit of a pro-car slant? Or is it just me?

Didn't see it, but can't say I'm surprised.

Today's article, which I think is the same as yesterday's article that I linked to, seemed even-handed to me.

I dunno, I agree with neon- the inverted pyramid seemed a bit jumbled... lots of cons at the middle, pros thrown in at the end.

hey, they don't want to lose that car dealership ad revenue by sounding they might support a quality transit system.
