I'd believe it. Just go out in River North, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, or Wrigleyville any weekend. It's really not hard to get some here if you want to do it. Chicago is on par with that type of stuff with any other city I've ever visited in the world. I have friends who....I'd rather not know how many sexual partners they've had. I know some who have 7 or more a month, not a year.

It might be worth noting that, in addition to being the birthplace of Playboy , for a time in the late Sixties and early Seventies, Illinois had a reputation for having the most liberal attitudes and legal stance toward homosexuality -- just some food for thought.

There are sundown towns in Illinois where a statement like that did not fly. I assure you they were not liberal in any way and most still aren't today. The only differerence is the absence of signs.
