Part of the reason I got my current job is because I "knew somebody". It wasn't a friend or family member that recommended me but someone I worked with. I would never recommend someone or give a job to someone I don't think is qualified even if that person was my own mom. Having said that I never liked Berrios. I was really dissapointed when he said people didn't vote for him because of race. Maybe people just don't like you or your politics.
