The bridge you mention is the railroad bridge just south of Kinzie Street. If you like bridges, also check out the Cherry Street bridge (to Goose Island just south of North Avenue) or the Cermak Road bridge.

Other overlooked skyline vistas are from Fullerton Parkway over the South Pond (in summertime, late afternoon sunlight illuminates the skyline from the north) and from the Roosevelt Road bridge. More distant vistas: from Montrose just east of Lake Shore Drive or from Promontory Point.

I love the Union Station photo!

There is a park next to the Ritz Carlton on Michigan (directly west of the MCA). Quiet and great for photos. Also, another park directly north of the Cape Cod Room at the Drake. It has beautiful flowers and a gazebo. Many brides/grooms also have their photos taken in the center of Michigan Ave. I see this all the time.

I love photos at North Ave, but I prefer in the trees just east of the bike trail. Olive Park is another great location already mentioned.

I wish I had more indoor recommendations....my thought, if it rains, grab an umbrella and make the most of it...the tux can be dry cleaned and most dresses are stuck in a closet somewhere never to be heard from again!

Congrats!
