I have to admit we did not explore more than the areas that I mentioned.

My daughter's absolute favorite sight - horse barn!

Well, actually she'd prefer the horses, but you get my point!

Thanks!

So, how come there are no pictures of road consrtruction, or snow? How about some pictures during rush hour an busy streets. The pictures are very nice but only show nice things. What about all of the other things? How about some of what the majority of Chicago looks like. Or most of Lombard, Villa Park, Addison, even some areas of Wheaton, Glenn Ellyn Carol Stream, Naperville Downers Grove that are not nice like these.
Why is it that in these forums you get so many things that are slanted only one way.
Yes There are nice things and places here, but we also have our share of ugly. And there is a lot in the towns/cities shown in these pictures.
Wasn't it you Steve-o that posted video clips on the Tucson forum of all of the bad areas of Tucson? There are plenty og good and bad places everywhere.
And home prices? You can buy what would be a $500k+ home here for $250k there. Here you need to pay $225k+ just to have a habitable home. What you could buy in Tucson for half. And....here a $250k home has 5-9k in taxes. There it has 1-2k taxes.

I think you should move to Tucson! And quickly!

I believe there is road construction everywhere. I know when we drove to FL this year, we hit plenty of hellatious traffic through many states. GA was a complete h*llpit of traffic through the majority of the interstate through there. We hit some doozies in OH on one vacation... And in MI outside Kalamazoo one vacation... Chicago does not have a lock on construction that's for sure.

Tuscon is nice too. Although I did have a former co-worker move there, she only lasted 2 years before she had to move to CA to find a decent job.

Hey Steve-o beautiful photography.
