The thing that amazes me, but not surprising at all. Is how people seem to be taking this a "Us" against "Them" mentality against the people who want to go to the Greenway.
Even in this thread there's this animosity or resentment creeping into people's posts. Sometimes a little subtle. Sometimes not so subtle.
Ultimately, this is the city and their planners faults. That's poor planning and neglegent thinking on their part.
People want to get out there and utilize the Greenway and participate in healthy activities. How is that a negative thing? How can anyone be angry at the people who come to use the Greenway.
If anything, all people involved should be uniting together to bring this to City Hall!!! Instead of fighting with each other, unite and pull together.
This is a major f*** up by ther City. Where exactly did they think these people were going to park?
Unless of course, the temporary plan was to have these Greenwayers park there and basically encourage them to shop at those places, because hell, they may as well....they're already there! Right?
