why within three miles? that pretty much includes most areas of town... at least at the heart of it.

Because he will be living just outside of uptown and probably wants to know what's close to his home.

Within 3 miles keeps it walking and bike friendly for us. We like to live where we live!

Our move date is just two weeks away. This is a lighting fast relocation for us!
