Info on Cornelius (Huntersville, Davidson: to rent, townhouse, neighborhood)

After visiting NC we have decided to move to the Cornelius/Huntersville area. We are looking to rent a home or townhouse w/garage. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Would consider Davidson also but think it may be too pricey.

I live in Cornelius and really like it here. People will warn you about the traffic and overdevelopment, but that is part of living in the area. There are many great subdivisions to pick from in Cornelius/Huntersville area. You are right, Davidson can get pricy really quick, but the charm is worth it. Look at a neighborhood called Oakhurst in Cornelius. There are some town homes with garages and really great single family homes.
